[MUGEN] Metro City Limits

Another strange retro stage for MUGEN 2D fighting games engine, this time an edit from the SFOne fullgam based on the background for the Cody's ending, it's called "Metro City Limits" for own reasons, you can see Haggar wants be the Mayor again... even before the Marvel vs Capcom 3 campaign (if you beaten the game you can see it), hehe.
